Addison Township is a civil township of Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township population was 6,439.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 96.2 km˛ (37.2 mi˛). 93.9 km˛ (36.2 mi˛) of it is land and 2.4 km˛ (0.9 mi˛) of it (2.48%) is water.
