Sweetheart Candle-Lit Stroll Feb. 14 at Heritage Park

Celebrate Valentine’s Day in a unique way with an evening hike at Heritage Park.
Ice candles will light your path while a naturalist shares the courtship behaviors of
the park’s nocturnal animals and discusses how they relate to our own! Stroll
with Your Sweetheart will take place on Wednesday, February 14 from 7:30 to
8:30 p.m. with hot drinks and sweet treats in the Nature Center.

Participants should meet at the Farmington Hills Nature Center and be dressed for
the weather with sturdy shoes; a majority of this program will be held outdoors.
This program is designed for adults.

The cost is $5 per person. Pre-registration is strongly recommended, as only a
limited number of spots will be available on the night of the walk. Please register
at the Costick Center or online at http://recreg.fhgov.com.

The Farmington Hills Nature Center is located in Heritage Park at 24915
Farmington Road, between 10 and 11 Mile Roads. Call the Nature Center at 248-
