Rapper, entrepreneur, Red Wings fan?
There’s no official word on the fandom, but the outspoken wordsmith was spotted leaving his office in Calabasas, California sporting the Detroit hockey team’s iconic red-and-white winged wheel uniform this week, according to London’s Daily Mail tabloid.
There was no name of a specific player on the back. Sorry Dylan Larkin.
So, chances are he’s probably just wearing the jersey as a fashion statement. It is one of the best jersey’s in all of sports, after all. West also isn’t the first rapper to rock the classic Red Wings threads.
Big Sean, a Detroit native, is often seen in his custom Red Wings jersey. He also wore it in this Detroit-themed video with Southfield’s Mike Posner filmed around the city and at Comerica Park, Ford Field and the Palace of Auburn Hills.
