WHAT:   Food personality Denise Hazime, creator of and recently-named Hidden Valley Sandwich Superstar, will conduct a book signing for her new cookbook, Idiot’s Guides: The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook. The book, which includes over 200 delicious Mediterranean recipes, serves as a guide for readers wishing to indulge in a healthy, balanced, and flavorful lifestyle. The signing will include an opportunity to speak with Hazime, as well as the chance to sample recipes from The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.

WHO:   Denise “DedeMed” Hazime acquired a love of Mediterranean cooking at a very young age, growing up in a large Lebanese family steeped in rich culinary tradition.
