WHAT:   Food personality Denise Hazime, creator of DedeMed.com and recently-named Hidden Valley Sandwich Superstar, will conduct a book signing for her new cookbook, Idiot’s Guides: The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook. The book, which includes over 200 delicious Mediterranean recipes, serves as a guide for readers wishing to indulge in a healthy, balanced, and flavorful lifestyle. The signing will include an opportunity to speak with Hazime, as well as the chance to sample recipes from The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.

WHO:   Denise “DedeMed” Hazime acquired a love of Mediterranean cooking at a very young age, growing up in a large Lebanese family steeped in rich culinary tradition. Exposed early on to a range of cooking techniques from her mother, Denise continues her love of cooking at her website, Dede’s Mediterranean Kitchen (DedeMed.com), where she teaches how to cook the Mediterranean way through easy instructional videos.
