Maccabees Building, 5057 Woodward Avenue, Detroit. Designed by Albert Khan and completed in 1927. It was originally occupied by the Royal Maccabees Insurance co. Sold to the Detroit Public school system in 196, in 2002, it was bought by Wayne State University to serve as an office building. The building now houses offices for Wayne State University in Midtown Detroit. The building has a number of uses, including offices, communication, retail, and even has university rooms for Wayne State University
