Final Troy Metro Symphony Orchestra Concert of the Spring 2024 Season (FREE)

If you haven’t had a chance to attend one of TMSO’s “Many Nations, One Savior” concerts this spring, here is your last chance! We will be performing in the CHAPEL of Bethesda Christian Church (14000 Metropolitan Parkway, Sterling Heights, MI 48312) on April 19th from 7:00 – 8:30 PM. Please join us for an uplifting evening of music … we guarantee you will leave encouraged, with a spring in your step & a song in your heart!

Here are the concert details … The Troy Metro Symphony Orchestra invites you to embark on a musical adventure around the globe! We will begin in the English countryside with British folk songs (Vaughan-Williams) and travel to America for toe-tapping military music (Sousa). There will be Bohemian folk dances in the Czech Republic, and we will visit the Hebrides Islands off the west coast of Scotland to hear the sea as it crashes against the rocky shore (Mendelssohn). Next, we will travel to Spain for a parade at a town festival (Turina), and we will end the evening with one man’s reverent reflection of a shipwreck off the coast of Wales (Holsinger). Admission is free. However, donations are gratefully received. Children are always welcome!
