A couple Metro Detroit hospitals have announced the first babies who were born in 2021.
Juelz Marquis Bannerman
Juelz Marquis Bannerman was born at 1:48 a.m. at DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital on Friday.
He weighs in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces and 20.5 inches long. His mother is Lametria Bannerman from Detroit.
Gia Rose Nicoletti
Gia Rose Nicoletti was born at a Beaumont Health hospital in Dearborn at 12:42 a.m.
Her parents are Jacob and Sara Lynn Rose Nicoletti of Gibraltar.
She weighed in at 10 pounds 5 ounces and 23.5 inches long.
